About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and responsible Motorsport Technician to join our team. As part of the Motorsport team, you will play a key role in the build and rebuild of rally and race cars, with the opportunity of travelling the world to support our rally and circuit events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working in our state-of-the-art facility alongside a friendly, supportive team. Key Responsibilities: To build / rebuild rally and race cars Ensure the rally and race cars are built consistently, to the highest standards and meets the relevant set up parameters and all the criteria of the build specification To problem solve and diagnose faults with minimum supervision Deliver constant improvements to the rally and race cars when required Suggest avenues of further development to facilitate future improvement of the car. Event support (optional) Responsibility for the cleanliness and condition of your work area within the workshop, and all tools and equipment.
