Residential Conveyancer, 5+ years’ experience, North Yorkshire, £Highly competitive (DOE) – Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a respected regional law firm with a strong reputation for quality and client care? This could be the role for you. JOB REF:4077

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and New build transactions.
\n• You will manage your own files from initial instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage.
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
\n• Experienced in running your own caseload with minimal supervision
\n• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
\n
