Overview
This is an exceptional purpose-built nursing home offering luxurious nursing, dementia, residential care services to its residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the nursing home, leading a team of care professionals.
* Ensure effective delivery of all care management processes and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
* Provide leadership and people management, fostering workforce development.
* Build strong relationships with staff, residents and families, driving values throughout.
Qualifications
* Active NMC Pin and experience in managing care homes.
* In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements: Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics.
* Experience in dementia care (essential).
* Passionate about high-quality, person-centred care and dynamic leadership.
