We are now looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of key contract packages across our European supply chain.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of contract packages from manufacturing through to site readiness, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will play a critical role in coordinating stakeholders, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with wider project objectives.

Qualifications

* Degree‑qualified in engineering, construction or a related discipline, with chartered status desirable
* Knowledge of project management methodologies such as APM or PRINCE2
* Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
* Proven experience delivering projects in complex, highly regulated environments (nuclear or similar preferred)
* Strong background in managing engineering, procurement and construction (EPCM) activities
* Experience managing complex contracts and applying commercial controls including cost, risk, schedule and change
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working with NEC or FIDIC contracts
* Understanding of nuclear quality requirements and assurance processes
* Ability to gain a security clearance

Benefits

* Smart working – staggered start and finish times, up to 40% remote working where roles allow
* 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
* Family‑friendly policies: 28 weeks full pay for maternity/adoption leave and four weeks full pay for paternity/partners leave
