We’re looking for a Resource Support Administrator to join our dynamic OPAC (Older People and Adult Community Services) administration team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative remodel designed to provide essential support to our clinical services—enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding patient care.
We have redefining what it means to be an administrator, as a key cog in the wider NHS system, your work will directly impact the quality of care provided to patients across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. This role requires autonomous working, the ability to manage tasks independently, and regular travel across the county, with your primary sites in the Cambridge area.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be providing site administration support to the older peoples & adult community service’s clinicians of varying professions, working in a team of Administrators covering our community base sites across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
The main principle of the Administration service is to ensure the provision of a professional & competent service to enable our clinical colleagues to concentrate on patient care.
We aim to do so by ensuring professional leadership, excellent training & development opportunities for admin staff & standardised processes.
