We are seeking a Room leader for the pre school room. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification as well as previous experience as a room lead or nursery practitioner.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to the health and safety of all children in the room.
* Ensure the room is well managed and children's development is supported accordingly by working to the EYFS standards.
* Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of EYFS
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
Pay: £34,320 per year
