* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
* Provide leadership by supervising and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care.
* Create a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Valid nursing license and registration.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in computer skills for effective documentation.
* Strong team collaboration abilities and a compassionate approach to care.
