What Youll Be Doing
Working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily service and kitchen operations
Contributing ideas and leading the creation of seasonal specials and events
Bringing energy and flair to projects like: Feature cooking on the terrace, private dining experiences, aged cuts and chef-led tableside moments
Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and helping support junior team members
Being part of a team striving for rosette-level recognition
