£33K-£38K Bonus Benefits The Role: The Aftersales and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the sales, service, engineering and spare parts teams and you will effectively organise and control after-sales activities.
Key responsibilities will include but is not limited to the following; Effectively process all after sales enquiries undertaking tasks such as producing quotations, order spare parts, chasing suppliers, allocating resources to work etc etc.
Effective management and control of spare parts in line with technical specifications Assist with online marketing campaigns, website and online brochure updates Provide project management support coordinate installations, resource allocation, logistics etc etc Monitor performance and produce accurate KPI reports. xxuwjjq
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships Candidate: We are looking for a Aftersales and Marketing Coordinator with a minimum 2-3 years experience and ideally with some exposure to the engineering or manufacturing sector You will be highly organised with good customer services and communication skills.
Applicants will be confident, have a reasonably technical mindset and you will have excellent organisational skills You must be computer literate and ideally you will have had some exposure to supporting online marketing e.g.
uploading images to website, supporting production of web based / marketing and technical brochures etc etc.
