Accounts AssistantHourly Rate: £14.50 - £15.00 / HourLocation: Mold, CH7Job Type: Full-time (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, office-based)
We're on the lookout for an Accounts Assistant to join our team for a 3-month stint. If you're good with numbers and have some solid experience with Sage 50, we'd love to hear from you. This role involves everything from managing purchase ledgers to keeping on top of credit control, so it's never dull!
What You'll Be Doing:
* Keeping the purchase ledger up to date.
* Chasing up payments to keep our credit control in check.
* Handling invoices and making sure bank statements are reconciled.
* Helping out with financial procedures at the end of the month and year.
* Working together with the team to tweak and improve our financial processes.
* Dealing with any account-related questions from people inside and outside the company.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has a background in accounts administration.
* Knows their way around Sage 50.
* Is a whiz with numbers and doesn't let the small details slip.
* Can juggle various tasks and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
* Is great at communicating, whether it's on paper or in person.
