Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join Art Invisible, a progressive art studio for people with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mentoring within an Art environment and developing individuals, guiding them towards achieving their personal and professional goals. This role requires strong communication, organisational and supportive skills. Art Invisible is changing, the new Job Coach team will help to ensure our artists gain recognition and that people with learning disabilities have their skills promoted rightly gaining a high profile within the competitive world of art. Your efforts will help them achieve increased opportunities, improving their skills and confidence.
Responsibilities
* Mentor and support individuals in their personal and creative and personal development.
* Conduct regular coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and guidance Within 1:1 or group sessions.
* Develop tailored coaching plans based on individual needs and goals.
* Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and progress..
* Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages open communication And success.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance overall coaching strategies and effectiveness.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a coaching or mentoring role is highly desirable, ideally within an Art environment.
* A proven artistic background, knowledge and skills.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A background in IT / social media advantageous but not essential.
* Demonstrating a caring, hardworking, supportive background with an understanding of Learning Disabilities.

Pay: £22,893.75-£26,000.00 per year
