Oracle Delivery Director
This role leads the delivery of Oracle Cloud transformations for the Public Sector (ERP, HCM, EPM) portfolio. It offers ownership, influence, and impact across delivery, commercial growth, and people leadership.
What You’ll Do
* Own a portfolio and accountability for a multi-million-pound P&L, shaping and driving success across a diverse customer base.
* Lead a high-performing team of Oracle specialists across the UK, Ireland, and India.
* Deliver Finance, Supply Chain, and HR solutions that transform how organisations work.
* Collaborate with commercial teams to design propositions that fuel practice growth.
* Represent an award-winning Oracle Partner with a focus on customer success and leadership.
Responsibilities by Area
* Customer Delivery
Full accountability for end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud programmes across ERP, HCM, and EPM. Engage senior stakeholders, leading Steering Groups and maintaining customer-centric focus. Drive outcomes that balance transformation with practical delivery.
* Commercial Growth
Own and manage the P&L (portfolio typically £/€500k–£/€3m+). Partner with commercial colleagues to design compelling propositions, win opportunities, and shape major proposals with customer-first outcomes.
* People Leadership
Lead and inspire a diverse delivery team across the UK, Ireland, and India. Foster excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning; ensure teams stay at the forefront of Oracle Cloud methodologies and accelerators.
Qualifications
* Proven track record overseeing multi-million-pound portfolios or programmes.
* Experience engaging at C-level and delivering transformational change in Finance and/or HR systems.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L.
* Inspiring leader who can drive performance, ask tough questions, and bring people together to deliver the right solutions.
* Passion for customer success and ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
