Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (shift rota)
Hours per Week: 40

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Customer Service Assistants for our client based in Eurocentral, Motherwell. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service.

* Respond to customer enquiries via email and live webchat
* Provide clear, professional and efficient customer support
* Manage a variety of customer queries in a timely manner
