What You’ll Do:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with independent customers
* Manage incoming leads, prepare quotations, and follow up on opportunities
* Support field sales teams by identifying new prospects and upselling products
* Conduct proactive outreach to develop new business and expand customer accounts
* Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-focused phone-based roles
* Confident communicator who can engage people quickly and build rapport
* Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
* Commercially aware with a genuine interest in growing accounts and relationships
* Must be based in or around Barnsley
