Mechanical Project Manager
Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Project Manager to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial office fit-out projects across Central London.
This is a site-based role overseeing CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-outs, with a focus on the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, and associated mechanical plant. Project values typically range from £2m to £8m.
Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical services installations, ideally within the commercial sector.
Responsibilities will include:
* Project programming and planning
* Preparation and management of technical submittals
* Procurement of materials and subcontractors
* Subcontractor and labour management
* Cost control and budget management
* Progress reporting
* Health & safety management
* Project and programme implementation
* Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and designs
* Attending and leading technical and progress meetings
* Regular site inspections and snagging
* Compilation and handover of O&M manuals
Salary & Package
* £70,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)
* Travel expenses to site covered
* 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 2 years’ service)
