We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill a temporary Office Administrator position. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, providing administrative support to a team of professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in programme management and development procedures, with hands-on experience in reporting. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail.
This role involves providing administrative support to the team, including retrieving data from the database or electronic files, preparing and filing forms and other documents, and measuring and reporting on project performance.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling queries from managers and employees, answering questions from staff and other stakeholders, and acting as the point of contact for all participants.
Key responsibilities also include overseeing day-to-day operations, analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager, answering scheduling queries via email and phone, transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, updating existing data, and typing in data provided directly from customers.
In addition, the successful candidate must be able to undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position and comply with Company policies & procedures.
* Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, experience as a Program Coordinator or similar role, in-depth knowledge of program management and development procedures, hands-on experience in reporting, proactive problem solver.
The successful candidate must be available to work 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and be willing to work overtime when needed.
