Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. In this role you will lead a hospitality team to provide first‑class service and manage operations during events.
Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and handling of concerns, while training team members and supporting development of skill and performance
* Collaborate and coordinate across departments for efficient operational flow
* Support the management of inventory, stock level monitoring, and rotation organisation
* Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
Qualifications
* No degree required
* Previous related experience in a fast‑paced setting is beneficial
* Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
