Job Title: Practice Manager Location: Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH), Tottenham Court Road Full time: 37.5 hours per week Shifts : Hours: 9-5 / 10-6 Permanent Hybrid 1-2 days per week (after probation) Salary: Competitive We’re looking for a Practice Manager to join our team based at Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH). As a Practice Manager, you will oversee all day to day business operations of the Practice. Ensuring that all patients under the care of the practice are supported throughout their end to end patient journey, managing staff, and working with consultants to make sure that all resources are available for appropriate patient care. What you’ll do: Oversees daily practice operations, including management of the medical secretaries and supervision of the extended scope receptionists, appointment scheduling, billing procedures, debt collections, clinical letters. Ensure the smooth running of the practice and highest levels of customer service to the patients and the consultants Consults with clinic manager, supervisors and staff concerning practice operations, problem solving and service improvement. Makes routine inspections of the practices to assure that established policies and procedures are being implemented and followed. What you’ll bring: Previous Practice Managerial experience is essential, ideally private Significant understanding of Medical terminology Previous experience in Colorectal and/or Sports injury/Orthopaedics preferred Strong leadership and organisation skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Computer literacy Why HCA UK?
