Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid – Gatwick HQ & remote
Salary: £65,000 base + car allowance + commission
Target: £2m revenue per year

Who we're looking for
You've been in B2B sales long enough to know that the best clients don't come from gimmicks—they come from trust, relevance, and good timing. You know how to prospect without pestering, how to shape a deal not just sell one, and how to stay motivated when the easy leads have all been taken.
What you'll be doing
Building a strong personal pipeline through smart, targeted outreach—supplemented by leads from marketing and warm introductions
Qualifying and shaping opportunities
Leading discovery, solution design, and pitch delivery
Collaborating with our Business Development Director, Bid Manager, Ops team, and CEO to close meaningful, margin-positive work
Hitting a £2m target—and helping us prove that values-based selling is commercially unbeatable
