Job Overview
* Maintenance of the plant and equipment associated with the client Building Mechanical and Electrical system
* To ensure that all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.
Main Duties
* To ensure a high quality service
* Ability to manage workload and recognise how to prioritise the work schedule
* To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
* To understand and comply with policies and procedures
* To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
* To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
* To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
* To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
* A self-managing approach to work with a strong Health and Safety attitude.
* To work on shift rotation : 4 on 4 off
What we are looking for
* Qualified engineering Background - C & G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
* Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM
* Challenging and inquisitive mind set
