The Role
As a Commercial Account Executive (Renewals), you will:
* Take full responsibility for a designated portfolio of commercial clients each month
* Manage the entire renewal process—reviewing terms, preparing documentation, and handling all client communication
* Deliver an exceptional service experience to every client, ensuring strong retention and loyalty
* Act as the main point of contact for your clients, managing expectations and providing clear, professional advice
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met
* Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless service and uphold the company’s high standards
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally 1–2 years’ experience within commercial insurance (renewals experience beneficial)
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
* Someone who takes pride in providing excellent service
* A positive team player who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment
