As an Electrician at Sodexo, we’re looking for someone who keeps things running smoothly—the one who knows how to solve problems, offer expert advice, and ensure the hospital estate operates at its best. As a Facilities Specialist at Manchester University Hospital, you'll be the go-to expert for technical support and maintenance across equipment, building systems, and utility services.

What You’ll Do:
* Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of plant, equipment, and systems across the hospital estate.
* Carry out repairs, installations, and testing to a high standard.
* Comply with all health and safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations, including COSHH and fire safety.
* Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
What You Bring:
* Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds/NVQ)
* Current with 18th Edition IET Regulations (or equivalent)
* Solid fault-finding, problem-solving, and technical repair skills
* Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose issues.
* Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication
* A positive, initiative-taking approach—able to work independently or as part of a team.
