The Opportunity : Administrator Location: Maidenhead Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30AM – 5:00PM ) Salary: Up to £28,000 Contract Type: Permanent The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Accurate data entry into the KEY system Setting up and managing new job entries Completing jobs from Engineers and sending out invoices to customers Handling incoming calls and directing queries appropriately Providing administrative support to the Senior Sales Executive, Accounts Department and general in need of help. Assisting the Parts Department when required Monitoring and controlling customer truck service and LOLER dates Managing fleet truck costs and maintenance tracking Administering engineer vans: services, MOTs, tax. Organising Driver Training for customers Arranging short-term hire machines and transportation Coordinating new machine setups Posting and filing purchase invoices Ordering batteries and attachments Supporting the accounts team during busy periods Sourcing best price quotations and processing orders (including those from our Castleford depot) Allocating jobs to the correct engineers and tracking technical support queries Managing CE Certificates and related documentation You may also be required to perform other reasonable duties as directed by management. What will help you to excel in this role: Previous administration experience (ideally in a technical, engineering, or service-based environment) is desired but not essential.
