🛠️ The Role
As a Professional Services Engineer, you will play a key role in post-sales engagements — leading implementation, integration, and optimisation of the company’s advanced security platform within customer environments.
You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery while providing best-practice guidance and hands-on engineering expertise.
💼 Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of the platform into client environments.
* Design and deliver technical implementation plans tailored to customer infrastructure.
* Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales Engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Act as a technical subject matter expert during customer onboarding and professional services engagements.
* Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to ensure customer self-sufficiency.
* Travel to client sites across the UK and occasionally within EMEA (as needed).
✅ Requirements
* Strong experience in network security, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering.
* Proven track record in customer-facing Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation roles.
* Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Network Security, firewalls, NDR, IDS/IPS, or cloud security tools.
* Comfortable designing and deploying solutions in complex enterprise environments.
* Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
* UK-based, with flexibility for travel.
