Working to support our older customers (aged 55+) in Cumbria, you’ll be the go-to person for housing and property matters, ensuring homes are safe, tenancies are well managed, and customers feel engaged and supported.
Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts.
What you’ll do * Support older residents, many of whom receive care from Lakeland Carers, the on-site team. * Assist customers with housing benefit claims and rent account management. * Maintain full occupancy and accurate rent records. * Conduct routine safety and compliance checks across buildings and communities. * Handle administrative tasks including record updates, work orders, and payment processing. * Collaborate with the care team to promote social engagement and purposeful living.
