Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand client’s market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and product launches.
* Monitor performance metrics using CRM tools and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of sales team members.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
