About Us
At Native Automotive, we're a specialist Land Rover service centre providing high-quality maintenance and repairs. Alongside this, we run WildTrax, our bespoke 4x4 rental business offering Land Rover adventure and camping vehicles.
We're a small, hardworking team where everyone pulls together — whether that's supporting customers, keeping things organised, or pitching in with the day-to-day running of our workshop and rental operations. If you enjoy variety, working with people, and being part of a team that values initiative, this could be the role for you.
The Role
As our Customer Service & Business Support Operative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across both businesses. Your work will mainly support our busy automotive workshop, but you'll also play a key part in the smooth running of our 4x4 rental operations.
No two days are the same — one day you might be updating customers on their vehicles and helping the workshop source parts, the next you could be handing over a fully equipped WildTrax adventure vehicle to a client.
We're looking for someone organised, approachable, and happy to get stuck in. That means not only handling bookings and enquiries, but also helping with practical tasks like keeping customer/work areas tidy or collecting urgent parts.

Helping with simple day-to-day workshop or office tasks (no heavy lifting required)
Pitch in where needed — we're a small team, so flexibility and teamwork are essential

Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or administration (automotive or rental experience a bonus)
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach
