Care Assistant (Full Time)
Pay: £12.39 per hour (38.5 hours per week)
Location: Consett, DH8 7NJ – Abigail Lodge Care Home
Overview
We are on the hunt for our next amazing Care Assistants. Our care teams are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care needs.
* Assist with a wide range of activities that support health and wellbeing, including arts and crafts, watching football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions.
* Provide compassionate care tailored to each individual.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
* Collaborate with the care team to plan and deliver person‑centred care.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Enhanced DBS check (Children and Adults).
* Willingness to undertake training and obtain relevant health and social care qualifications.
