Electrical Assembly Technician (Cabling / Control Boards)
Location: Essex (on-site)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible start between 7:00am - 9:00am (early finish on Fridays)

The Role
This is an opportunity for a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join a growing production team. The role focuses on building and wiring complex control boards and assemblies using detailed technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble control boards and enclosures using a variety of components
Carry out point-to-point wiring, including preparation, routing, and termination of cables
Ensure high standards of cable management and overall presentation
Work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and parts lists
Inspect and test assemblies to ensure accuracy and compliance
Use a range of hand and power tools safelySkills & Experience Required
Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or similar manufacturing roles
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Experience working with electrical components and control systems
Good manual dexterityDesirable
Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship
