Store Manager – London, Moorgate
Location: London, Moorgate
Salary: £33,500 – £37,000 per annum plus great benefits
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Deliver the store purpose by guiding commercial and community strategies in the store.
* Lead the team, coaching, motivating and inspiring them to provide a fantastic shopping experience for Co‑op customers, colleagues and members.
* Develop the team through regular performance conversations to help them reach their potential.
* Ensure the store is safe, legal and operational.
* Manage and optimise commercial performance, recruit new team members and manage HR processes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience guiding and developing a team in a busy, service‑focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members.
* Resilience and strong problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to understand and analyse commercial information.
* Willingness to roll up sleeves and support the team with store activities.
