Junior Technical Sales

You’ll be representing a globally recognised brand known for solving complex fabrication challenges for customers in the sheet metal CNC punching, stamping and press brake industries.
As a Junior Technical Sales Engineer you’ll work closely with experienced sales professionals and receive full product and sales training. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, build relationships and deliver tailored tooling solutions that improve performance, productivity and accuracy across the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
* Visiting customers across the UK to discuss their tooling and fabrication challenges.
* Supporting sales of Punch Press and Press Brake tools and accessories.
* Building relationships with engineers, production teams and decision‑makers.
* Maintaining customer data and opportunities within the CRM system.
* Continuously developing your technical and commercial knowledge.
* Gaining early insight into new machinery sales to support business growth.
* Working alongside senior sales engineers to develop your own territory over time.
Requirements
* A background in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, press brake punching or related engineering.
* Strong mechanical or technical understanding with a desire to move into sales.
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
* Self‑motivated, organised and goal‑focused.
* Full UK driving licence.
