Roles & Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Key customer accounts. Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries, orders, and service requests. Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the full product range. Prepare accurate quotations, process sales orders, and manage all related account documentation. Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date CRM records with detailed customer information. Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and product support. Proactively address and resolve any issues and monitor account performance. Support the achievement of individual and team sales targets through ongoing account development. Essential Criteria Previous experience in an internal sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach. Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail with strong follow-through on customer and internal requests. Interest or background in Agriculture, Farming, or the Trailer/Parts industry.
