Part-Time Health Care Support Worker

Main duties of the job
As a valued team member, your development will be supported through a robust induction programme, a value based appraisal, one-to-one meetings, regular in-service training and clinical and managerial supervision. You will work out of a multi-professional base, allowing joint working with Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Clinical Practitioners, Nurses, Care Coordinators, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Support Workers and other related health and social care professionals.
Shift patterns
* Early: 08:00 - 14:00
* Late: 16:00 - 22:00
Working up to 30 hours per week (5 days out of 7).
Requirements
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Access to a vehicle for business use.
* Proof of immunisation and vaccination report from current UK occupational health provider or UK GP.
