The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be trusted to deliver a high standard of client service while maintaining efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
2. Handling files from instruction to post-completion
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders...
