The Role
You will own the performance outcomes for a portfolio of digital accounts, acting as the single point of accountability between clients and delivery teams. This means leading all client communication – from weekly check‑ins to quarterly business reviews – and translating business objectives into measurable KPIs across paid, SEO, social and CRM.
You will manage revenue targets and identify growth opportunities backed by performance data. The role requires overseeing campaign delivery across channels, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while maintaining the financial forecasting and commercial planning that keeps accounts profitable. You report to the Head of Client Services, with support from Account Directors on strategic matters.
This is commercial account management. You shape account growth plans, not just status reports.
The Package

The Person
You are an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager from a mid‑sized digital or performance marketing agency with 3 – 5 years’ experience. You have been running client relationships independently for at least a year and understand paid, SEO and social accounts well enough to challenge channel teams on delivery. You want more commercial ownership and a genuine stake in where you work.
