Tenancy Services Co-ordinator About the Role: Join the local authority Housing Management team to support tenancy and estate services, ensuring excellent service for residents. Key Responsibilities: Support the Tenancy/Estates Team with housing management tasks. Manage appointments, housing surgeries, estate inspections, and tenant visits. Administer requests for mutual exchanges, successions, assignments, and tenancy permissions. Respond to enquiries, make outgoing calls, and collect customer feedback. Provide reception support, housing advice, and assist with tenancy visits and inspections. Administer TV licences, key/fob requests, and other tenancy-related referrals. Assist with sheltered scheme reviews and refurbishment projects. Cover Lifeline Service during absences and support other council sections as needed. Maintain electronic housing management systems and prepare statistical reports. Perform general administrative duties including correspondence, minute-taking, and document management. Contribute to team targets, service improvements, and delivery of value-for-money services. Essential Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with the public. Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and office-based IT systems. Experience in call handling and office administration. Understanding of social housing issues and customer impact. Qualifications: Minimum 3 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths and English, or equivalent experience demonstrating literacy and numeracy.
