Role Description
XLVetsis strengthening its data capabilities to delivertimely, trustworthy insight to our members and internal teams. As a Data Lead,you’lldesign andoperatesecure, reliable data pipelinesutilising resource within theAzuretechnology stackenabling analytics, self‑service reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making across a fast‑paced,member‑focused, and close‑knit team.
Technical Experience
* Proven experience designingdata platforms,data models and understanding how upstreamanddownstream decisions impactdataingestion, transformation,ETL anddata modelperformance.
* Handson ETL/ELT with Azure Databricks
* Strong SQL and Python experience.
* Power BI experience: dataset modelling and report building.

* Demonstrates a genuine curiosity and inquisitiveness about our members, their work, and the broader community.
* Capable of clearly communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding across diverse audiences.
* Proven ability to resolve complex data challenges, comfortably navigating ambiguity and shifting requirements to deliver effective solutions.
