Our client is an award-winning Italian restaurant with multiple locations and we are recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to support their restaurant in Woburn. Their concept is simple. Fresh, quality, rustic dishes with a modern twist and an atmosphere that keeps people wanting to come back again and again. Using your prior culinary experience, youll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. We are looking for ambitious and driven food professionals that are aspiring to join a high quality and progressive business, thorough training and support will be provided. Our Chefs are responsible for: Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations. Preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of the business Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists. Full compliance.
