Account Managers Needed

Up to £40k base + OTE £53k
(UNCAPPED – team members are doubling this)

Hybrid: 2 days in office (London), 3 days WFH

We're looking for highly talented, proven Account Managers to join one of our key clients.

You'll be joining one of the most recognised brands in the UK—a network of leading marketplaces with huge household names you're almost certainly using yourself

The result? Car dealers are gaining massive visibility for their vehicles, selling quickly, and achieving unquestionable ROI.

Sponsorship of a Premier League football team

Featured as an official TV partner for a leading UK show

Multiple national campaigns across TV, radio, and OOH

Who We're Looking For:

High-performing Account Managers who can make an instant impact.

• Can demonstrate real results—we want top performers smashing targets


• Are proactive in your account management, tackling issues head-on


• Are confident running monthly or quarterly performance reviews


• Will become a platform expert, knowing exactly how to drive results


• Are a born seller—great on the phones and skilled at overcoming objections


• Are highly motivated by targets, personal growth, and commission

Key Missions of the Role:


• Manage an account base of 150+ car dealerships


• Run monthly review calls to assess performance, trends, and challenges


• Upsell additional products aligned to customer needs and goals


• Build credibility and trust with your accounts


• Exceed KPIs and activity levels


• Retain clients and grow spend

Experience We're Looking For:


• 2+ years in an Account Management role


• Full ownership of the process: onboarding, check-ins, upsells, and retention


• High energy – this is a proactive AM role with a large account base


• Proven track record of success


• Strong account management and sales methodologies
