Job Title: Central Kitchen Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000 per year + generous food allowance

At Pure, we make fresh, handmade food every day, and our Central Kitchen in North Acton is where it all begins. Were looking for an energetic, hands-on manager to take charge of this fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen.

What Youll Be Doing
Running the Kitchen
* Lead the day-to-day operations of our production kitchen
* Oversee production plans, shift coordination, food quality and daily output
* Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and a great working environment
Leading the Team
* Manage and support a high-performing kitchen team
* Build a positive, respectful, and high-energy culture
* Train, motivate and develop your team
Staying Organised
* Plan ahead for volume, freshness and consistency
* Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Product teams
* Keep stock under control and reduce waste wherever possible
Improving and Growing
* Drive new ideas and continuous improvements
* Keep the kitchen audit-ready and compliant with food safety standards (SALSA and HACCP full training provided)
What Were Looking For
* Experience managing or supervising in a high-volume, fast-moving kitchen
* Confident running shifts, motivating teams, and maintaining high food standards
* Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety (well help you build on it)
* Calm under pressure, well-organised, and solutions-focused
* Ready to take full ownership of your kitchen and make a real impact
