Senior Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator, A&P Falmouth
Our facility operates with a wide range of complex cranes, pressure systems, and heavy industrial machinery. This role is key to us as it ensures that our reactive and planned maintenance activities are properly recorded, scheduled, and tracked so that our infrastructure and maintenance processes operate at peak performance with full compliance.
If you have the expertise and drive to oversee maintenance and compliance in a heavy industrial setting, we'd love to hear from you.
Who are we?
A&P Falmouth is one of the largest ship-repair facilities in the UK, providing a complete range of marine repair services with on-site engineering, electrical, paint, and fabrication workshops.

4. Manage and maintain a robust PPM schedule for plant equipment, machinery, and critical systems, monitoring progress and timely completion of scheduled tasks.
5. Liaise with specialist contractors to oversee attendance, inductions, and compliance, maintaining registers and issuing permits as required.
6. Ensure all risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, and statutory inspection records are current and accessible.
7. Support audit and emergency preparedness, acting as a key responder for site infrastructure issues.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to in-house maintenance teams. This is an on-site role.
9. Support emergency maintenance or compliance deadlines as needed.
