Position: Full-time temporary Admin Officer
Location: Crewe
Contract: until April 2026
Working Hours: 37 per week Mon-Fri
Pay rate: £15.93 per hour
Brook Street have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Officer to join our public sector client based in Crewe. This is a temporary assignment which will run until April 2026 with a view to extend beyond this date. The main responsibility of this position is the continuous review of rosters planned and actual to identify risk in relation to fatigue in respect of company standard and industry good practice.
Job description:
The purpose of this position is the continuous review of rosters planned and actual to identify risk in relation to fatigue in respect of company standard and industry good practice. Duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Review base roster against company standard to identify fatigue risk and solutions
2. Review actual rosters against company standard to identify fatigue risks
3. Review late change variations to rosters to identify fatigue risk
4. Monitor and record mitigation implemented to manage fatigue risk
5. Identify opportunities to reduce fatigue risk
6. Monitor and record exceedances to the maintain action tracker and highlight variances which may affect real time and future roster requirements to the Principal project planner
7. Support investigations into exceedances
Requirements:
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Experience of Microsoft Office Packages
10. Able to prioritise workloads
11. Knowledge of fatigue standards and legislation would be an advantage
