Used Car Sales Executive
JKC are looking for a Used Car Sales Executive.
Your role
As a Sales Executive you are key to our business growth; selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will be to:
* Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
* Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
* Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
* Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part‑exchange vehicles
* Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
* Participate in social media promotion of vehicles and brand
* Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty
Your profile
Applicants must have the following:
* A minimum of 3 years car sales experience with a knowledge of KeyloopDrive or similar DMS
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Full UK driving licence
