Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to manage the delivery of highway maintenance works.
Overseeing and coordinating highway maintenance activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Ensuring that all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards
Managing and liaising with contractors and construction teams on site
Maintaining accurate records of all site activities and project progress
Identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
Regularly reporting project status to senior management and stakeholders
Ensuring proper maintenance of site equipment and materials
Promoting a positive and productive work environment on site
Job Requirements:
Experience in highway maintenance or related fields
SMSTS qualification is required
Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards related to highway construction
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with contractors, stakeholders, and team members
Proficiency in keeping detailed records and managing project documentation
Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
