Basic salary of £28,000 with OTE up to £32,000
Working Monday to Friday, 44.75-hour week with no weekends

Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for service or repairs
Planning workshop workload and liaising with parts and workshop teams
Recording work carried out and providing updates to customers
Contacting customers for additional work or repairs needed
Ensuring customer lead times are met while maintaining high standards of service
Assisting with departmental administration and maintaining workshop schedules
Representing reputable automotive brands including Peugeot, Honda, and KiaRequirements Of A Service Advisor:
Full UK manual driving licence
Previous experience in an automotive service department is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone
Patient, attentive, and a good listener
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages
