We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our hotel.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met. You will be passionate about cooking and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
You should have a proven track record of working in a similar role and be confident in managing and training junior members of the team. You should also have a good understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations and be committed to maintaining these standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate
16. Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
17. A strong passion for food and cooking
18. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
20. Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
