Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Regularly visiting your stores to ensure operations run like clockwork, paying particular attention to efficiency, productivity and operational compliance.
* Mentoring and supporting your Store Managers in recruiting, training and developing their teams, while improving store performance.
* Visiting the regional office for monthly meetings to ensure alignment across the team.
* Creating an environment where your teams can do their best work, shift after shift, in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles.
* Keeping up to date with the evolving aspects of our business and learning continuously.
* Taking the lead with strategy and planning, and being hands‑on.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Fully expensed company car.
* Approximately 30‑35 days' annual holiday (pro rata).
* Ongoing training.
* 10% in‑store discount.
