The Role as Service Advisor
* Evaluate customer needs regarding servicing or repair requirements, in line with Vehicle Health Checks.
* Ensure the customer is aware of all applicable costs and the progress of repairs in a timely manner, handling objections competently.
* Coordinate internally with workshop colleagues to progress the vehicle through the service process.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve customer satisfaction objectives whilst adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
* Maintain accurate customer details to ensure the database is up to date.
* Keep up-to-date knowledge on additional products and services.
* Work in line with all service and warranty policies of both group and manufacturer.
Skills & experience that will help Service Advisors succeed in this role
* Previous customer service experience is preferable.
* Ability to deliver first-class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives.
* Self-motivated with experience of achieving targets.
* Confident and professional communication skills.
