Overview
* This is an exciting opportunity to join and collaborate with a Legal 500 team as a Private Client Solicitor where outstanding client care, confidence and intellectual ability is recognised.
* This firm is searching for a candidate with ambition and excellent technical ability, looking to take on more accountability in their role.
Responsibilities
* You will be handling the preparation of wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning, obtaining grants of probate and providing trust advice.
Qualifications
* An extensive background in wills and probate is required, with STEP qualification preferred.
* A flexible outlook with an ability to prioritise and work independently is desirable.
