Job Description
3. Manage and maintain the Unit 4 ERP system to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
4. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve system processes and reporting capabilities.
5. Provide technical support and training for system users to enhance their efficiency and confidence.
6. Analyse and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
7. Work closely with external providers to implement system upgrades and enhancements as required.
8. Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides for reference and training purposes.
9. Support financial reporting and data extraction to aid decision-making processes.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain data integrity within the system.
The Successful Applicant
A successful System Accountant should have:
11. Proficiency in Unit 4 ERP system and its functionalities.
12. Part Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
13. Experience in supporting Accounting & Finance operations within a not-for-profit environment.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
15. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external providers.
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
